Valentines day around the corner just demands for hearts, doesn’t it? ^^
I know, valentines day can be a reminder of loneliness and source of pain for many, wether it is due to a lack or loss of a partner, an unhappy relationship, or whatever else can cause us to feel lonely, lost, or maybe even undeserving of love.
Still, I want to encourage you to take it as a chance to remind yourself of love this year.
Not the love we crave of others;
Love for yourself.
Every heart in these socks is meant for you. It represents love, that you deserve, wether you believe it or not.
You can choose to view every twist as a tiny reminder, to twist your thoughts around as well, and try to view yourself from a new angle of love and acceptance.
They say, knitting can be meditative – so why not meditate on how wonderful you are? <3

The Twisted Heart Socks are worked cuff down, featuring a modified Celtic Hearts cable pattern, on the outer edge of the top of each foot, from cuff to toe.
The pattern includes instructions for a classic heel flap and gusset and wedged toe.
I put a lot of love into creating this pattern.
It is very important to me, to offer my patterns for free, to make them accessible to everyone.
So with that in mind: Please don’t steal this pattern to claim and/or sell it as your own.
